how do i solve their problems?
so i am trying to learn how to negotiate since i have never done RE before . all i have done is read a bunch of books and attend a RDPD seminar this weekend...
anyways
when i asked how to negoitate everyone said to solve their problems
how do i solve their problems wholesaling though? can i have examples ?

The problem is anything, divorce, medical bills, relocation, evicting a tenant, uninhabitable property, back taxes, job loss.......
How you solve it is they want out of the property, the cost with it, the headache of managing it, the calls from creditors...
How you accomplish that solution....depends. Inevitably your solution to their problem is you buy their problem property (or in this case someone else buys the contract you have on it).
