General Virtual wholesale Questions

Christi Pierre
Posted

Hi,

I have a few questions as someone who has been learning about the wholesale process for a while now.

1. Since I am doing it virtually how do I go on about the title company process and is it vital, I've heard some buyers have their own title company. Still, it's important to have mine instead since the other title company will never work in my favor.

2. How do I approach a potential buyer/real estate investor or as they refer to them "cash buyers"?

3. lastly since I am virtual instead of going myself to the property can I hire a house inspector and how much would it be?

Thank you

You will NEVER acquire enough knowledge piecemeal to be successful.  You need a working knowledge of real estate principles, real estate finance and real estate law.  You can START by reading textbooks on these three topics so you become familiar with the terminology and the concepts.

What you’re asking is akin to : I want to become a surgeon. Where can I purchase the medical tools necessary and how do I make an incision that minimizes bleeding.

Success in real estate requires at least two of the following, thou possessing all three is better; capital, knowledge and experience.
