I don't want to say I have knowledge like a professional but I have been learning about real estate for two years now and was considering getting my license I had taken those courses but some things happened and I ended up not getting it right now I want to start with wholesaling real estate for other personal reasons to get a head start on experience. I had not phrased my questions well it seems. Apologies

Hi,

I have a few questions as someone who has been learning about the wholesale process for a while now.

1. Since I am doing it virtually how do I go on about the title company process and is it vital, I've heard some buyers have their own title company. Still, it's important to have mine instead since the other title company will never work in my favor.

2. How do I approach a potential buyer/real estate investor or as they refer to them "cash buyers"?

3. lastly since I am virtual instead of going myself to the property can I hire a house inspector and how much would it be?

Thank you
