Advice for brand new Wholesaler
Hi! My name is Dean and I'm new to the Wholesaling/REI industry in general. I was wondering if anybody had advice for a guy that wants to get into Wholesaling, and if you know any references in the Phoenix area. Thanks!

Quit being a wholesaler. Go to school and become an Agent.
