The best way to find ANYTHING is with the right bait. Why look for them when you can have them look for you?

Remember, work smarter, not harder.

I have ZERO cash buyers and I get rid of my wholesale deals within hours and with cash offers over asking price!

You do not need to look for cash buyers. You need to focus on getting amazing deals under contract. 

So now let's compare our workloads.

You go all out trying to get a contract signed, AND you go all out trying to continuously find cash buyers.

Me?

I don;t do anything to get motivated sellers (they come to me), and I NEVER do any effort to find cash buyers (they come to me, when I wave my $70K profits contract around).

So while you do double the work I do, my deals are of way higher quality with way more profits, that close way faster. By the time you get one deal done, I would have done 15!

My point is not to brag, but to paint a very realistic picture here hoping to motivate everyone to focus on working smarter not harder.
