Tampa - County Preforeclosure List

Hi y’all!

I went onto the hillsborough county website to pull a preforeclosure list. I did end up finding where it is, however, there was no readable address. It gave a legal description stating the lot and block number, but can’t seem to find the actual address.

I did end up calling but they weren’t able to help me so I’m just wondering if anyone else would know how to find the addresses to those properties.

OK this is not what you are asking for but I will try to add value and hope you will change your mind about the preforeclosure .. or any list to be honest.

No list.. I repeat NO LIST can target motivated sellers.

Tall grass list, boarded up windows list, preforeclosure list, the green list, blue list, absentee owners list, tax lien klist... NOT motivated lists.

Prove it you ask?

Sure thing.

If you have 1000 people on your preforeclosure list and you send them all a letter.. how many delas will you make?

1?

Great. If you have 1000 people in preforeclosure and out of that 1000 only 1 is motivated... can you honestly say that the foreclosure list is a motivarted seller list?

Great. How about the absentee owners list?

Ask the forum here how many people here have 2 or more houses.

A ton tight?

Ask them then how may of the people here want to sell theur house at a discount You will be laughed at.

So if you as an absentee owner wouldn't even think to sell your house for pennies on the dollar why would you think others would?

Now be careful.

CAN you find a preforeclosure person that IS motivated? Yes, absolutely.

Can you find a motivated seller that IS motivated BECAUSE they are in foreclosure? Yes absolutely.

HOWEVER.. let me ask you this...

Are all dogs animals, yes or no?

Yes.

Are all animals dogs?

NO! It doesn't work backward! What is my point? Simply this:

Sure you found a motivated seller that so-happen-to-be in foreclosure... that doesn't mean that by pulling the foreclosure list you will get a list of motivated sellers.

There does NOT exist a way, method, system, gadget, software, or app, that can target motivated sellers. Can't.

Today you are not motivated, and tomorrow something happens and you become motivated. You don't magically appear in Propstream in the motivated sellers list. Only YOU know that you are motivated.

Now, when was the last time you went to the public library to find a recipe on how to bake an apple pie? When what the last time you went to the library to find a book on information on how to solve what ever issue you are dealing with?

Me neither.

Everyone goes to Google, including motivated sellers.

So how do you get in touch with motivated sellers?

Simple. You need to make it extremely easy for them to find you. Website, Facebook ads, Youtube Ads, Instagram, Tik Tok SEO.

This is the ONLY way to reliably get in touch with actually motivated sellers.

Now look at this for one sec.

When people go to Google to find a solution to their problem, they see this (in Connecticut):

NBow here is the sad part.

No matte rhow much logic or evidence you put out, people are funny little creatures. They will ignore all data and just do what they want to believe what works.

Don't be one of these people. Data is everything.

Nothing mentioned here is opinion. Everything is a fact. Everything is data.

You want reliable success... it takes intelligence and the ability to dare go against the grain.
