Wholesaling a mobile home in a park

Hello!

So I have a seller who owns a Mobile home in a park. We’re planning on meeting next week to sign the assignable purchase agreement. This is my first time doing a deal involving a park. I know the state views the mobile homes as vehicles, so will the closing process be different once I find a buyer?

No investor is going to take that deal, unless the land is included. Mobile homes hold no value.

Google Lonny deals..  MH investing in parks is very active in many markets.. and for sure they are not valueless.
