assignment form
Hi guys,
Happy holidays first and for most.
can somebody tell me what assignment form I can download from this site for TX. Like a universal form that y'all have used before

An assignment of anything in contracts or notes is pretty simple. You can have an assignment agreement, saying you assign your interests, but don't forget to endorse the document assigned. A contract needs an assignment, such as "setting over all rights, title and interest in and to this" instrument. An endorsement is much like an endorsement of a check, pay to the order of that named party you set the interest over unto. The document itself needs to be endorsed, not just the agreement. Such endorsements need to be filed as well. :)

Chris, I went there, looks like a guru or Realtor did that. It mixes covenants that should be described in the sale contract, not the assignment. The assignment of a contract has no effect on the contract terms. You're making disclosures in and conditions that need to be addressed in the basic sales contract, you can't do that from another agreement. What you are assigning is the sale contract as it is written, nothing more. :)
