Hi guys,

It's ray again here with a bird dogging question.

I am an unlicensed wholesaler here in Tx. I was thinking about running an add that states I buy beat up vacant houses. The add would then go on to say if you find a beat up vacant house and send me a photo along with the address, I would pay you if i end up closing on the property. Am I allowed to do this sort of thing in TX? Thanks in advance for any help! :)

HI guys,

I purchased my first investment property and I'm gonna close on or before nov 15.

I'm Trying to wholesale the property before closing, and one of the folks that was interested in buying my property said the activity in the area did not reflect the price I'm asking for the house.

my question is what website can I use to help me determine what houses have been selling for in the area of my investment property?
