I've been following my local REIA's Facebook Group for the past 6 months. I went through the previous 3 months of who did how many wholesale contracts. Only half of them were done by long-term wholesalers.

...and you point is?  What do you define as a "professional"?  Someone that does it fulltime?

I still do wholesaling, but not as a goal.  If I come across a deal that may not work for me, but might work for someone else I know, then I grab it and wholesale it to them. I just don't like leaving money on the table.
