What happens if you don't have enough comps on a property?
Hello,
wondering if you can't seem to find enough comps on a property what do you do? Do you just widen your search?
Thank you,
Karl

Pretty much. Widen the area, widen the size and types of houses you’re comparing it to, and while technically you should widen the +/-, you should err on being more conservative.
Be sure you’re able to justify your valuation.
