New wholesaler and just want to make sure I'm aware of the do's and don'ts when it comes to holding an open house for potential end buyers. Should I do more than one? Should I even hold an open house? Would it be better to just let them come and go when they can? Do I have to let the agent know if there is a lockbox?

I understand seeking legal advice should be done with a real estate attorney. But just curious about verbiage and disclosures you all include in your purchase and sale agreements to help avoid lawsuits/legal action.

How do you think the new currency would affect the US housing market?

Am I understanding this correctly? That there is no unilateral cancelation in florida only mutual? So our EMD is at stake when a seller has to agree to cancelation? If so, how do we protect our EMD aside from just putting very little down?
