REI Meetup Groups in Dallas?

Hi everyone I'm a new wholesaler in the DFW and was wondering if there are any actual groups that I should be meeting up with in the area. I went to an REI meeting recently but it was basically marketing for a more expensive course. I'd love to find where the real conversation & networking is happening amongst the community. Any leads are appreciated.
