@Greg R. I noticed you said join a local REIA. What REIA here in Dallas would you recommend? I got burned on my first two that I found before joining BP.

Hi everyone I'm a new wholesaler in the DFW and was wondering if there are any actual groups that I should be meeting up with in the area. I went to an REI meeting recently but it was basically marketing for a more expensive course. I'd love to find where the real conversation & networking is happening amongst the community. Any leads are appreciated.
