Welcome to our real estate meetup group!

We host two meetups around DFW area every month and this Saturday, October 4th at 8AM is our free morning meetup. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other people who are either already in the real estate investing world or are looking to begin and just need some guidance. We focus on making intentional connections and how to build a network of friends who can help each other. Come mingle and brainstorm with others and see what they are learning or are currently doing in the real estate industry. Real estate is a team sport and we'd love to have you! can you house hack?  IF you can house hack (not everyone can), then start with a house hack.  it's a great way to get started.

 Hey Nicholas, there are some pretty useful tools our there with AI that help new investors, its insanely robust and only getting better. Would love to share with you my solution in AI if youd like to make time for some intros. @John Geringer I believe there is a wealth of knowledge in these forums. Including what Nicholas shared and what you have discerned yourself. What do you need help with as far as accountability?
