Places To Find Tenants For Mid-Term Rentals
I've heard a lot about Furnished Finder but just curious if there are other places where you find great MTR tenants?

Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, FurnishedFinder, Zumper. If you advertise slightly below market rent you will attract a wider range of applicants to choose from.
@Jake Forehand Nailed it. I would add the Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays) and Facebook in certain areas can be great options as well. The wider net you can cast the better!

We get most of our MTR bookings from Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and directly through relationships with corporations and relocation companies. Different MTR tenant types will come from different booking sources.
Happy to share more!

Got it. Curious on how you started these relationships with those corporations?

@Allen Duan - For corporations, who do you typically reach out to? The HR head? Or is there a separate relocation/leasing departments in these companies?
Also, can you suggest a few relocation companies that you might know of? Thanks in advance.
Furnish finder is great, and their teams are working to even make it better. Id also recommend going to your major hospitals and talking to HR there and letting them know your providing housing. Many traveling nurses are in need of finding a safe and well managed place to stay at, when I did this they referred a lot of the agencies that helped to place nurses to stay at my place being I was already a known operator in the area that many recommend already!

Most of our insurance bookings come through CRS and ALE Solutions. But I've heard it can depend on market since these companies have different markets they focus on.
Beyond Furnished Finder, I've seen landlords have great success with sites like Zeus, Kopa, and Landing for mid-term rentals. The key is understanding who your ideal tenant is - traveling nurses often use Furnished Finder, while corporate professionals might be more active on Zeus or Landing.
Quick pro tip: Don't overlook traditional platforms like Zillow or Facebook Marketplace - just make sure to clearly specify "3-6 month furnished rental" in your listings.
