Mid Term Rentals Austin

I'm currently looking to secure a MTR apartment in downtown Austin. Does anyone know if demand is there?

@Harmon Raef we get around 85% of our bookings off Airbnb, a few off VRBO and the occasional furnished finder but not much from them at all. I'm 97% occupied for 2023 on my 2 bed in 78745 about 15 minutes south of downtown now. @Conner Olsen and I both run a few and help people find them all the time. I don't think you need to be directly downtown necessarily but can be a few minutes away. If people are staying for a month they have a car.
