Do a search here and you'll find more.
Thank you for the informatio I understand now, it's unfortunate that I found that advertisement on Bigger Pockets. To bad we cannot control the ads from Google Adsence. Thank you for your time Jeff S.
Here's a quick idea that could be a win-win:
If everyone on BP clicks often on the Google Ad of the bogus company, two good things happen:
1. BP makes money on every click.
2. The advertiser pays for every click. This will soon cause the scamvertiser to go broke or at least stop their ad wondering why they aren't making sales.
Unfortunately, Google also makes money. They should not be rewarded for helping scamvertisers.
Yes, I looked at the privatemoneygoldmine.com site a while back. It seems like a bunch of dead leads and I'm not sure if anyone has had success using it.
I've learned some great things from Private Money Blueprint (PMBP) course (I purchased it a while back). I also have heard the Instant Private Money course from Susan Lassiter-Lyons is full of good content, although I don't have first hand experience with it.
There are also great resources here on BP, which I have used first-hand to find a great hard money rehab lender.
Good luck!

PLEASE DON'T DO THIS. That's 'click fraud' and could make BP lose their AdSense account with Google.
In defense of that site, i personally never signed on with them as a lender but i have gotten many great leads from them. I never advertised that i am a "private lender" however i am a broker for a lender and i we have some pretty amazing products. So i understand that you cant please everyone but to say that it was free for me i have gotten nothing but positive output from the site.
sounds like you are speaking from experience Tay
Well guys and gals, let's just say that I actually fell victim to this Website and I'll never use it again! And let me clarify a couple things first. The Private Goldmine Website itself is nothing more than a website acting as a Middle Man if you will and only provide people with the information for you to take and follow up with the Lenders on the Website that they list. The problem is that there are actually some legitimate Lenders on this site, however I would have to say that 20% is legitimate and the rest is a fraud in some way or another! The reason why I won't point my finger straight at PMGM is because they don't do the Lending in any shape or form. Another thing they don't do is check on the legitimacy of the people that are having their names added to this list to indicate that they are a true person and/or lender! I mean they perform NO DUE DILIGENCE at all!! And the reason why I said a "True Person" above is because on 4 occasions I've found out that the person I thought I was working with was actually deceased!!! Yes, passed away! And here's one example off the bat and is what lead me to do this posting; This morning I received an email from the Goldmine site that gave me a listing for 10 new Lenders just added!! These Lenders went online and submitted their information and contact info for themselves and are ready to rock and roll! But... I thought I recognized a name from some where else (Kim Krawczyszyn) and so I googled her name and this lady had also.passed away some time back. And it's not someone with the same name either, I did my checking before I made this post. So go ahead and search her name on the Goldmine Lenders Listing of Lenders and you will see that she was just added on December 14, 2019! So my question is, did she enjoy lending so much that she came back from the grave to continue working? Or, was it someone that decided to partake in some Identity Theft knowing that the true Kim wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I guess in short and to summarize this, do yourself a favor and always check out your Lenders just as much as they check you out! A true Lender is going to want your next born child for goodness sake, but a Fraud will actually keep his questions to an absolute bare minimum! And then hammer you everyday with tons of texts like he's desperate to give you a loan!! And will get mad and upset if you say No! So just be careful!
