Well guys and gals, let's just say that I actually fell victim to this Website and I'll never use it again! And let me clarify a couple things first. The Private Goldmine Website itself is nothing more than a website acting as a Middle Man if you will and only provide people with the information for you to take and follow up with the Lenders on the Website that they list. The problem is that there are actually some legitimate Lenders on this site, however I would have to say that 20% is legitimate and the rest is a fraud in some way or another! The reason why I won't point my finger straight at PMGM is because they don't do the Lending in any shape or form. Another thing they don't do is check on the legitimacy of the people that are having their names added to this list to indicate that they are a true person and/or lender! I mean they perform NO DUE DILIGENCE at all!! And the reason why I said a "True Person" above is because on 4 occasions I've found out that the person I thought I was working with was actually deceased!!! Yes, passed away! And here's one example off the bat and is what lead me to do this posting; This morning I received an email from the Goldmine site that gave me a listing for 10 new Lenders just added!! These Lenders went online and submitted their information and contact info for themselves and are ready to rock and roll! But... I thought I recognized a name from some where else (Kim Krawczyszyn) and so I googled her name and this lady had also.passed away some time back. And it's not someone with the same name either, I did my checking before I made this post. So go ahead and search her name on the Goldmine Lenders Listing of Lenders and you will see that she was just added on December 14, 2019! So my question is, did she enjoy lending so much that she came back from the grave to continue working? Or, was it someone that decided to partake in some Identity Theft knowing that the true Kim wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I guess in short and to summarize this, do yourself a favor and always check out your Lenders just as much as they check you out! A true Lender is going to want your next born child for goodness sake, but a Fraud will actually keep his questions to an absolute bare minimum! And then hammer you everyday with tons of texts like he's desperate to give you a loan!! And will get mad and upset if you say No! So just be careful!
