In defense of  that site, i personally never signed on with them as a lender but i have gotten many great leads from them. I never advertised that i am a "private lender" however i am a broker for a lender and i we have some pretty amazing products. So i understand that you cant please everyone but to say that it was free for me i have gotten nothing but positive output from the site.

Jozef,
There is a way to keep the homeowners in their home for 6 months to a year ...AFTER the trustee sale. But its used only to buy them time to save money, etc...or if anything allow them to leave the property with dignity. I can help with it if you have someone.

I know this is a stab in the dark, but is it possible to find buyers for face value?

Or can a note be structured to entertain face value purchase?

Im open to any suggestions.
