REI education jobs?

I am in Colorado Springs, CO and I am currently working on getting my RE license, but I want to focus on investing professionally. I am browsing for jobs and I have seen a couple of ads for real estate investing jobs with a larger company. They describe it as being some sort of education program you go through and then go out and invest in real estate. My question is, what are the benefits of working through a bigger investing company vs. working for yourself. Are these positions a bit of a sham or is it just a security blanket for new investors? One of the companies is www.reieducation.us

Hey @Laura Murrill,

Be careful of these ads as many of them are looking to sell you an expensive course. There is absolutely zero reason to spend any money on courses as I am yet to see anyone who goes through one of these courses actually produce more than they spent on it. Everything you truly need to know can be found online, the rest will be learn by jumping into a little bit a time.
