Is this a scam or have real people gotten loans from this company

I have been trying to get funding for a deal. S&M Finance Corp, Michael Galdyzs, is constantly calling and texting asking for a ln upfront fee for said underwriting and origination fees. Once I told him that I wasn't given out password nor credit card info.

Has anyone used this company and got a loan from them?

Absolute scam... lenders don't beg for up front fee's  crooks do.. watch American greed when its on TV  you will see how scammers work..

these are nothing more than variations of the Nigerian scammers send me money there is 20 million sitting in the bank I need your help

or the one on 60 minutes were they send you fake cashiers check saying you won sweepstakes.. these guys are world class scammers working out of country.. Jamacia  Ukrain etc etc.
