Pinnacle Investment Properties?
Has anyone worked with this turnkey company before in Indianapolis or Kansas City? If so, I'd be interested to get your feedback on your experience with them. I wasn't able to find any recent comments on this site or on Turnkey-Reviews.com. Thanks in advance!

@Kyle Meyers I'm the owner of Pinnacle Investment Properties and am a very active member of Bigger Pockets and have worked with many BP members. It looks like you might be new to BP which may be why you are not familiar with us but I personally have over 1500 posts and over 600 votes, so we are certainly not unknowns. We have been in business for over 6 years. I agree that it is important to work with a trustworthy turn key company and take pride in the fact that we spend a tremendous amount of time working with our investors to fully understand both their criteria and their investment goals so that we can match the best investment to them. We also provide a lot of education in the form of The Pinnacle Perspective podcast and webinars that is purely educational content with no sales hype and have been doing that for years. One thing that differentiates us is that we do not operate in a dozen different markets. We operate in Kansas City and Indianapolis only and that is because we will only work in those markets that we know at a detailed neighborhood and street level in order to offer our investors who are not familiar with these areas the most guidance. We are always happy to provide references of others that have worked with us.
