Hi All,  

I get private messages from people every once in a while asking about this thread.  I ended up purchasing properties elsewhere, so unfortunately I don't have any additional insight to offer.  Hopefully others who previously responded to this thread do.  

Is anyone aware of a lender who will do a loan on a multifamily property (3+ units) in Minnesota at less than 25% down? We will not be occupying the home, so FHA won't work.

3 Single Family Houses all in the 35215 zip code in the Center Point area in Birmingham, Alabama. All are occupied and managed by a great property manager. Since this will be a 1031 exchange for me, I would prefer to sell these together. Additional information is below.

I need to register an LLC in Alabama, and in order to do that, I need a local registered agent to accept service of process. The cheapest option that I've found thus far is AlabamaRegisteredAgent.com for $49 per year, but I'm wondering if anyone has found a better deal.

Hi Everyone, I am in the process of registering my LLC in Alabama, and I noticed that I need a local agent who can accept service of process. Aside from CT Corporation, does anyone know an affordable agent that they've used in the past, either in Birmingham or in another area? Alternatively, can anyone recommend a real estate attorney they trust in the state? (Public or private responses are welcome.)

I'm looking for an inspector who can do an inspection on a potential turnkey deal and also serve as my boots on the ground.  Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
