hey Bp I have a quick question, I'm a 23 year old with an one year old son that I want to make a better life for. I've been studying real estate for a while now and I was interested in the wholesale part of the business, but as I came to reality I know I need to have a home for my son to grow in. So I've been thinking about finding a family home and Renting out one side to live "rent free". I know with wholesaling you don't have to use your own money to close deals and make some nice profit but is that the same with gettin a family home? Or do I need my own money to get it done

Nobody is willing to teach in this business nobody wants to really show a newbie how to actually wholesale their first house or take them a long the journey step by step. It's hard but I won't give up feel like everything I've been studying is a lie
