There are some posts many years ago about MSHB I'd like to know if anyone is buying any investment properties from them recently and your overall experience with Mid South Home Buyers.

Small boutique firm, lower mgmt fee, personalized service, good mentions from here (BP forums), focused only on KC. I also like their approach to managing properties acquired outside of their turnkey program...

Hi Alston...I have properties with MidSouth HomeBuyers and I highly recommend them as a turnkey operator. They are considered one of the best TK operators in Memphis. I am happy to share my experience with them. I have known them for 10+ years and have been an investor with them for the last 4 years.

I have transacted with them as well; by far the best out of the turnkey companies IMO.
