SmartMove screening results

have had some of my potential tenants asking to see their Smart Move reports.

All of which were turned down by me, as tenants, due to their credit/criminal background.

Not sure if i could/should show them the report.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Jacob.

Always had good luck with Transunions Mysmartmove

yes give them the report

keep your requirement the same for all applicants and make decisions based on data
