SmartMove screening results
have had some of my potential tenants asking to see their Smart Move reports.
All of which were turned down by me, as tenants, due to their credit/criminal background.
Not sure if i could/should show them the report.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

yes give them the report
keep your requirement the same for all applicants and make decisions based on data
