Houston house hack help
My younger brother lives in Houston and would like to buy his first house hack. Any local agents that know the market and I could refer my brother? Please let me know and I’d love to connect you.
Check out the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) loan program. They have agents that can be assigned as well…
NACA was formed in 1988 and provides an affordable option for potential first-time buyers:
✅ No down payment
✅ No closing costs or fees
✅ No mortgage insurance
✅ No consideration of credit score
✅ Below market fixed interest rate
There are several requirements to be eligible, starting with attending one of their workshops.
@Corey Gilroy I'm a realtor and investor here. I'll shoot you a PM.
In the Houston area, I’d recommend connecting with @Taj Akinbode
He‘s a great investor-focused Realtor in Houston, and he’s active here on BP.
@Joel Allen thank you for the recommendation, I’ll reach out!

Hello! I have helped multiple house hackers through the Houston area as well as down in Galveston with STR House Hacking. If I can be of any help, feel free to reach out!
If your brother wants some input from someone in Houston that is not an agent, feel free to send me a DM. You have plenty of help already, but let me know if you or he thinks that I can be a resource. I'd be happy to help and have nothing to sell.
