@Brent Warner Hey Brent!  I moved down to Orlando as well recently.  Exciting times.  What's your thoughts on doing 25% down and not 0% down?  My only thought is if you could do 0 down on your first purchase, it would keep you more liquid for if you found a deal down here and weren't ready to move yet.

@Dan Kiely EaDo might be a good place to see if you can find a good deal.  Fun area where you might attract young professionals who want to rent by the room.  Heights I don't think you'll find under 350k unless its a fixer upper
