80-10-10 Rule for 1st timer

Hello BP,

I would love to get some feedback, opinions, and personal experience from RE investors on what your thoughts of the 80-10-10 loan process?

Is it still an option in this market?

Pros and cons?

Would it be suggested to a 1st time buyer like myself who's looking at owning his first property, being a multi family and OOS investor?

And lastly any words of advice that the average person wouldn't know about that someone can provide.

@Marc S. You'll need to check with a lender but I don't think the 80-10-10 loan exists anymore.
