I'm a newbie, looking to purchase a small multi family unit in London, Ontario.

Can anyone let me know what areas are good and what areas to avoid?

Thanks for the help!

Most areas in London are decent to invest in. If anything stay away from the East end. Although it is increasing as well. Let me know if you have any specific questions about London
