@Bridget Smith-Osbourne sounds like it's pretty on point. Flat roofing is huge money.

@Manvel A.

It really depends on the property. Is the attic currently insulated?

Most areas in London are decent to invest in. If anything stay away from the East end. Although it is increasing as well. Let me know if you have any specific questions about London

@Matt

@Matt Honeyford Treat real estate like your agent business. You surely know what the pipeline is for selling houses? Its your warm and cold leads. Its the leads in the next two years that may buy or sell their house. Start building a network of people who know people. Tell everyone what you do.

Hey Darryl, i added you on linkedin. Id love to connect.

And Jacob, for me its simple. Ive flipped a few houses now and i can see the potential as well as the potential in the SFH rental. But i am looking to grow a long term cashflow portfolio. Something that will last for years to come. I don't really like the volatility of renting to single families.

Hey guys! Just wanted to post a quick intro. Im from London Ontario.

Im from a family of real estate investors, my dad has 10 SFH rentals.

Ive flipped 2 houses now, and im looking to step hard into real estate.

I have my Mortgage Broker License.

 Ive been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for the last couple weeks.

I would love to network with a few of you, as well as meet up for a coffee if you live in London Ontario (or relatively close).

Looking forward to learning.
