Advancing in property management more efficiently

Hello BP friends,

I'm working as an in-house property manager, I'm currently management roughly 100 units, as of now, I'm doing everything my self, since we are in the process of acquiring another few hundred unit, my question to is, how do up I set up the management like a business? which books should I read to get my self ready for it? or is there a business course I should take? I have to get my self ready to hire workers, split the tasks, basically run the show, please advise me with some valuable information.
