Hello BP friends! I currently live in the Chicago suburbs but looking into purchasing a property for short term rentals in St Pete Beach, FL or Treasure Island. Does anyone have an alternative strategy to Airbnb to avoid the fees that is working well?

In addition, I’m looking for recommendations/referrals for realtors, property management, contractors, cleaning, etc. to build my network in the area. Long distance investing is new for me so I want to make sure I’m networking and building the best team to set me up for success in a new market.
