Is it better to rent to someone with a section 8 voucher or rent to someone without one? Rent would be the same for both.

Hey, I'm looking for a General Contractor in the Laplace/New Orleans area. Does anyone know of some good GC's that can do a full renovation?

I can't really say much since it depends on your property features. But, for example, I have properties in the midwest that have clauses about hurricanes. I wouldn't put that into a clause for a property in California. (Vice versa with tsunamis.)

See if there are state-specific things you'll want to include.

Makes sense, Thanks a lot!

@Joe Splitrock thanks a lot! Are you saying rents are higher for older houses or newer houses?
