I have a decent buyers list now but looking for suggestions on how to build a large buyers list. I know there is a huge difference between quality over quanity so maybe I should be asking two questions how to build a larger buyers list with active buyers?

Take a trip to the courthouse, all the buyers who close are there! With some research you can see what and where they buy as well as the price range.

You should also make friends with some closers at the title companies, most of the girls get together after work and what do you think they talk about???? LOL Well, RE and girl stuff.....good luck.
