So when they in the tax delinquent list how long back they haven't paid the taxes?

I'm trying to purchase Tax Delinquent list from my county (Indianapolis),

They told me there is a Tax sale on October and the list is posted 30 days before that.

Is it possible I have to with so long for the list?

Or are they talking about something else and Tax sale is not the same as Tax delinquent?

Thanks

Hello,

I want to do a Facebook campaign to find buyers/seller leads for my real estate wholesaling business.

I already tried Lead campaign without a luck.

For those of you who did it successfuly, can you please share what kind of campaign worked for you?
What audience did you targeted?

Any other tip would be welcome!

Hello,
We are wholesalers in Indianapolis.

I have a seller that wants to sell his property,
It has a tenant that wants to leave soon.

It is very important to me to be credible and sell only good and verified properties.

My question is- how do I know if the tenant is actually paying? and if the price he gave me is the actual price?

We asked our realtor to add something to the contract, he said we can add it as an addendum but only we can do this, he cannot add the addendum and this is the law (happened in Chicago).

I there really a law that says that?

Does anyone have a referral for investor friendly real estate agents in Chicago area or serious wholesalers to work with?

I'm looking to invest in Chicago in flipping deals, pay cash, close fast.

@Elizabeth Wilson Thank you very much. I'm not based in the US so I cannot attend events.
From what I understood posting this kind of posts is not allowed in BP, I think they consider it as advertising...
