I am just starting out and want to create my marketing funnel.  One common component is the mailing list.  I am in central Texas and would like to know what company is best for generating mailing lists for yellow letters, postcards, etc.

Compare the results you get from trying different types in your market. Don't just rely on one strat. Many types of lists from probate, tax delinquent, eviction, etc. You need to track your results and see what works best for your market.
