Savvy Excel users out there?

Anyone VERY familiar with excel? 

I bought a list of absentee owners, which then downloaded into excel sheet.. It is pre-listed with Last name first. 

1. There are 1000 names, so I can not manually reverse this. Anyone out there knows how? 

2. With Last name first, there are commas involved that I'd like to take out once the names are reversed

@Rahdia Green - just an FYI: Im now using Upwork.com when I have questions like this.  Just last week, we couldn't figure out something on Google Sheets so posted the question on Upwork with a price for the job and had it all figured out in minutes.  I think it is awesome and saves me tons of time trying to figure stuff out!
