Calling all Door Knockers

Hello, Lately I've been hitting up some doors in Fairfield, but I feel like I'm not getting any traction. Maybe it's my pitch, strategy or the time I'm going? I'm not sure, but I do know I need some help. If anyone's open to it, I'd love to connect and share strategies maybe even go on a door knocking date 😏 haha Anyways let me know if you're interested!

Knocking for flips definitely works but it's a little bit difficult because we are looking for houses that have enough equity and maybe distress that allows them to forgo some of that equity. 90+% of people WON'T be in that situation. But if you were door knocking for listings that you could list maybe the few houses that would be looking to sell in the near future would have value for you still. And if you happen to come across the unique situation we need as flippers then that'll be great too.

Now if you are strictly doing flips then it may be more effective to only knock on doors that are one of the following:

Sheriff sale properties

Pre foreclosure

90 day late

2+ year late taxes

Code violations

Owner occupied evictions (usually multifamily)

Expired listings

FSBO

This is more time consuming and requires route planning but for flips this is the list of people who have a higher chance of having distress & would give up equity to solve that  problem & close quickly.
