Hi there BP!

Has anyone ever used www.everydoordirectmail.com?

Im curious to know the legitimacy/effectiveness of the service. Im about to spend a few grand on direct mail and I just want to double check. Anyone ever used it? Any other recommendations?

$0.31 per postcard

PS: Service must work on Puerto Rico*

Thanks in advance,

Considering that only 65% of Americans are homeowners... There is a huge distribution of equity from 100% to the massive negative equity somewhere around 50-75% of those postcards are going to be a waste because you'll be mailing to someone other than your target market who will never do business.

Assuming 31c postage and 39c per card to print... Your cost to mail 1000 targeted could double or even triple on a per piece basis... And you would have a better ROI.

You can send a nice mailer all in for 60c-$2.40 or ramp up your frequency to a targeted list and get better results.
