@Newton Hinds @Chris Payne I currently have a few units on AirBnb and the market keeps on growing everyday. The most important thing is walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood. Stay in the Condado and Isla Verde area and you'll be fine. Let me know if any of you have any questions about AirBnb in San Juan!

Im curious to know the legitimacy/effectiveness of the service. Im about to spend a few grand on direct mail and I just want to double check. Anyone ever used it? Any other recommendations?
