Getting it rented
hello bigger pockets! After a few months of research and looking I am glad to say I officially chose and bought a condo. At the moment still getting it ready before I can put it up for rent but when it is ready I wanted to see if I can get any tips on how to get the word out. I know of sites like Craigslist and Zillow but any other ways to market ? Like putting signs out and what not.. Thanks in advance

I subscribe to Buildium. It has a function that posts listings on multiple sites, i.e., Trulia, Zillow, etc. If you know who your target market is you can send a 1 page flyer to places that would post it such as colleges with a housing office. I think most people look online for apartments. If folks don't use online search tools in 2016 then you might want to ask yourself if they are your target market? :) Everyone serious that came to see my apts found them online.
