My first direct mail campaign

Hey guys, I'm looking for some guidance in regards to marketing. I generated a list of pre-foreclosures in my area, and it's not really big (maybe 200 people). I am starting my first direct mail campaign and was wondering if my list is too small to start sending stuff out. If not, what are some good BP posts and/or other resources I can refer to for direct mail copy and how to target my list? I'd greatly appreciate any personal input anyone can provide as well. Thanks!

Whats up Nate. I don't think 200 is too small per say, but I doubt you will get any deals out of it. Obviously its possible, but highly unlikely. I say a good number to start with is 1k a month. If 200 is all you can do right now or is a good number for you to start with while you feel this process out then go for it. You might get lucky! @Jerry Puckett is great at marketing and handles a couple of my campaigns. Im sure he would love to help you out.
