Craigslist

Many investors use craigslist for a number of different reasons. They could be searching for cash buyers if they are a wholesaler. Or they could be looking to buy a property that is listed on CL. I'm sure some people use CL to find their contractors as well.

But I wanted to start a discussion about the things people are doing right and wrong on this website.

There are over 50 Billion page views, 60 million people using it, and over 80 million classified ads per month. This is obviously a hot bed for traffic and leads.

However, how does one sift through 80 million ads of crap to find what they are looking for?

And what are some tricks you are using on CL that have produced results?

Thanks ahead of time for sharing,

We use CL for selling our homes extensively.  It is also a good place to buy notes and deeds of trust.

As we are rehabbing a house, we will also post cabinets, windows etc. as free items.  Saves quite a little on dumpsters.
