How much does it usually cost to advertise your property for rent on some websites?

@Matt Sora - From my experience, most websites are free to post. Apartments.com, Facebook marketplace, Zillow, craiglist... these are where I get most of my leads and all are free to complete a basic listing, which usually gets the job done. I believe Zillow may offer a $30 dollar fee to boost your listing. Same with Facebook, I believe you can pay a small fee to increase your listing in the marketplace, however I've never needed to use these features.

Additionally, I seem to get my most qualified candidates from apartments.com and Zillow. You can actually have your tenants complete an application on both of these platforms for nothing out of the landlord pocket, however the tenant must pay a fee to have a background and credit check pulled.
