50% response w/ white letters!

Hi all,

Just wanted to share w/ everyone that direct mailing can work. Since joining BP I have heard a lot about direct mail, yellow letters, etc., so I thought I'd give it a try. So far I've mailed out two (2) hand written letters, and to my amazement, got my first response. The person was actually interested in selling their house. I'm not going to buy the house because the seller is asking way too much, but was very excited just to get a response. Thank you to all of the BP nation for sharing your knowledge and experience.
