When is it ok to start marketing to PR, Executors, offering to buy the property that's in probate. Can I market to then as soon as they are petition to by the court to handle the decedents property meaning as soon as the letter of administration is submitted or do I have to wait for letter of testamentary?

I also start as soon as they are published. Here, you never know just how long it took them to start the probate process. It could be a week or much longer.
