Hello all,

Interested in meeting real estate attorney's that I can go over contracts with, I'm interested in meeting private money lenders with fair rates and I'm looking forward to meeting flippers that are currently working on a project at this very moment.

Hello all, I'm new the Atlanta metro area. Just relocated from California and I'm interested in meeting/networking with individuals that are currently and actively investing in Atlanta's metro area. We can partner up do joint ventures on deals. I'm ready to assist and help out in any possible way I can. I'm interested in meeting with contractors, attorneys, private-money lenders, hard-money lenders, like minded individuals, house flippers, ect.

I'm here to connect with people that are currently flipping/rehabbing a property in the Sacramento region. I would like to speak with you about what inspired you to get in the business of houses flipping as well as, how you go about selecting contractors and raising money for your projects.

I'm all ears for whom ever is willing to give constructive advice and pointers. If you are currently in the process of flipping a property I would like to connect with you asap to see and hear how you manage your projects.

Thanks!

James

What's the point of setting up and LLC if members of the LLC has to pay quarterly taxes for income they may or may not make.

Someone please explain this logic to me I'm missing something.

Why set up an LLC when it's expensive to maintain?

@Justin Cooper why would you stay away from 95383 & 95815

95838 is hot right now especially once you cross the overpass bell on up. For rentals north ave on down.

Dell Schlabach

Actually I want to connect/network with someone who has experience wholesaling hud homes.

I see that you have responded by stating that you yourself have wholesaled

numerous hud homes. So my question to you is this, how do you do it and how can you assist someone like myself in wholesaling hud home?

To answer your question as to what I would bring to the partnership? I would bring the deposit for homes listed and sold for $50,000 and below.
