Best background check methods
Well I have been blessed to have the same tenants for almost 5 years now that have been the best. They are now getting ready to purchase a home so now I need go through the screening process again. I am sure things have changed since I did it last. Any suggestions?

Hi @Lee Perry, I think you would find it super beneficial to check out the landlord resources tab on BiggerPockets. You can find the link I provided by hovering over the "Tools" tab and then clicking on landlord resources under "Services".
BiggerPockets has recommended screening companies that I would recommend looking into, to figure out what company best fits your screening needs. Best of luck with finding the right tenants for you!
